Cause & effect

Obviously you cannot LIVE LOVE if you don’t know what and who you truly LOVE. If you don’t do what you LOVE, you feel frustrated or stressed.
Cause & effect. If you don’t do what you LOVE for a long time, your complaints will increase. You become tired, depressed, burned out and even seriously sick. If you continue to ignore all complaints, you will LIVE an average of 7 to 10 years shorter. Don’t let that happen to you!

Vicious circle
Many people have entered a vicious circle of unhappiness that ends when they die. Bronnie Ware wrote the international bestseller and often quoted Top Five Regrets of the Dying:

  1. I wish I’d had the courage to live a life true to myself, not the life others expected of me.
  2. I wish I hadn’t worked so hard.
  3. I wish I’d had the courage to express my feelings.
  4. I wish I had stayed in touch with my friends.
  5. I wish I had let myself be happier.

Wake up!
I was in a vicious circle many years myself. I worked in LOVEless places with big egos and a lot of greed. I had relationships that weren’t based on real LOVE. I didn’t LIVE healthy. I ended up getting seriously sick. It still took me years to break out my vicious circle. The main reasons: fear and ignorance.

Fear and ignorance
Look around you. Where do you see people living and working with true LOVE? We are surprised when we meet them. Shouldn’t LOVE be the norm? Instead we have egos, greed and Fear Of Missing Out (FOMO). Any idea what the effect of LOVE is? LOVE can make you – and many others – feel satisfied, joyful, growing, connected and meaning. Many seem to have forgotten, including me before.

If you feel you are in a vicious circle as well, break out and choose the golden circle of happiness. Become aware of what you truly LOVE. When you know it, start and keep LIVING it from now on.
