Through everything I know and have experienced, I have learned that there are 5 factors that influence your sustainable well-being: your thoughts, other people, the things you do (activities), the ways things are done, and the places you go. I brought these together in the Golden Circle of Happiness.

I have discovered that this circle has a lot in common with the ancient eightfold path of Buddhists. Buddhists say YOU have to know the truth, do what is right and need mental discipline. I believe that PASSION is the key to all of this. Without passion you are not motivated to DO and THINK the RIGHT things. The Golden Circle of Happiness brings all your PASSIONS together.
