Through everything I know and have experienced, I have learned that there are 5 factors that sustainably influence your well-being: your thoughts, other people, the things you do (activities), the way you do things and the places you are. I have brought these together in the Golden Circle of Happiness.
I have discovered that this circle has a lot in common with the ancient Eightfold Path of Buddhists. Buddhists say YOU have to know the truth, do what is RIGHT and need mental discipline for this. I believe that LOVE is the key to all of this. Without LOVE you are not motivated to DO and THINK the RIGHT things. The Golden Circle of Happiness brings all what you deeply LOVE – your PASSIONS – together.
